You know them: from their popular Nickelodeon television show Big Time Rush
You want them: for entertainment, music, style, television
American electro/pop/alternative boy band, Heffron Drive is SponsoredTweets official! The band was formed by best friends Kendall Schmidt and Dustin Belt in 2008 when they met by chance at a music industry meeting. After chatting at the event, they realized they had a lot more in common than their interest in music. Not only did they realize that both of them are originally from Wichita, Kansas, but they also discovered they lived on the same street in California: Heffron Drive.
Not long after the band was born, the Internet started buzzing about the duo. Soon, Schmidt and Belt were offered leading roles in Nickelodeon’s newest series, Big Time Rush. The show originally aired in November 2009 and wrapped in July 2013.
Throughout their experience on the popular show, Schmidt and Belt never lost sight of their true passion, Heffron Drive. When the series ended, the duo announced they were ready to hit the road and go on tour – first visiting Austria and Germany, followed by a US winter tour. When the two are not busy writing songs and touring the world, they enjoy relaxing with their family, friends and dogs.
