When we do a "tweet" for a sponsored company - how many times is it tweeted? Several times a day or only once?

@Tina A sponsored Tweet is only Tweeted once, unless you have ClickWatch enabled. If you are participating in a "pay per Tweet" Opportunity then you will be paid simply for publishing an approved Tweet.
If you are taking part in a "CPC" Opportunity then you will be compensated for every valid click on that sponsored link.
