If you’ve tried logging into SponsoredTweets in the last hour using your Twitter account, you almost certainly received an error. Twitter is having some problems right now with this that they are working to resolve. Stay tuned to their status blog at http://status.twitter.com/ for updates on when this might be fixed.

Update: It looks like Twitter is back up and accepting logins and new accounts now. If you’re still having any trouble getting in, please comment below and let us know. For now we’ve disabled auto-refuse, the process which automatically refuses offers for Tweeters if they don’t respond in 3 days. You’ll have a little extra time due to this major login issue. Thanks for sticking with us!

    @Padrino, definitely understand the trouble. This is certainly making us consider adding secondary login functionality (email/password) that users can fallback on in cases like this.

    For now though, we've stopped any offers from automatically expiring due to the Tweeter not submitting a Tweet in time. While you usually have 3 days, right now we're not going to expire any until we can come up with a good workaround, or Twitter comes back up long enough to turn this back on. Thanks!

    Looks like things are working now if you want to retry? We underwent a short period of maintenance (10 mins) right around when you tried to login. Should be good now!

    trudmoy, send an email to ethics@izea.com. We'll disable your account, and after 30 days we'll be able to transfer your funds to a new Twitter account.

    ChefArtemis, can you elaborate on what's up? A lot of the time Twitter will have momentary downtime when you can't login, but there are no known issues at the moment, and I'm able to login. Usually if it' on Twitters side things come back up real fast. If you have an ongoing issue, you can feel free to post in our support forum:
