Someone Tweeting out a link that doesn’t work? Or has an advertiser made you an offer, but the link they used doesn’t work? You can report it by using the Report Broken Link tool on SponsoredTweets. This will make sure all is right with our side for that specific link.
If everything seems right, but the link still doesn’t go where it should, there’s a few things to consider. First, is there a specific date associated with the opportunity? Sometimes advertisers make offers before their pages are up. For instance, if an advertiser is advertising Black Friday Sales, their pages probably won’t be up for you to view until the day of.
Sometimes though, advertisers just put in a wrong link — it happens to the best of us. If you notice a link like this, you should decline the opportunity.
